All items are usually kept in stock and shipped from our premises in (marvellous) Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping is free to all areas of Australia, based on a minimum of $99 order. All other countries will be automatically quoted for shipping and cost added to total payment.
All items are typically dispatched within two business days of receiving the order. Please note some exceptions may apply to “special” or custom orders.
All orders are fully tracked and sent standard shipping either by Australia Post or Couriers Please. A signature for delivery may be required for some items. It is the customer’s responsibility to track delivery of their item once notified of shipping details and arrange pickup or re-delivery if not at shipping address.
Please note: Insurance is not included with any Australia Post shipments. If you would like to enquire about adding insurance to your shipping, please contact us for a quote.
